If it’s concentrated in 1 location, it is very impactful, but it was attributed throughout, obviously, we’re getting by on that. Look, we’ve had a huge concentrate on how we rent — how we onboard retention, state interviews, how are we doing on 30, 60, 90, a hundred and twenty days to get our latest employees sort of over that hump, right? And so I’m pleased that we’re seeing inroads in that and that turnover for newer staff is improving. But from an total turnover standpoint, we’re back slightly above pre-pandemic ranges.
