All of Boston’s waste is presently incinerated in regional “waste-to-energy” vegetation. These crops burn garbage, capture a small quantity of power, and produce a major quantity of ash — about percent of the burden of the unique waste — which is then buried in landfills. Will any data must be reported by the jurisdiction in its Electronic Annual Report particular to AB 827?
